Feature Drive Head A steel fabricated enclosure inside which is installedthe drive assembly consisting of a set of balanced pulleys,V belts, electric motor and motor tensioning device.The drive head is of hinged type construction whichcan be opened for maintenance. Main shaft and dispersing disc A SS 304 shaft duly machined and balanced is providedwith a cowless disperser blade of special design forquick and efficient dispersion. The disperser's bladeis made from special steel to withstand high wear andtear. The shaft is installed in a bearing housing providedwith taper roller bearings. Lubrication points are providedon the housing. Lifting and lowering The entire drive head and shaft is mounted on a hydrauliccolumn which can be lifted and lowered to clear theheight of the vessel. The Hydraulic column comes completewith hydraulic cylinder, piston rod, power pack unit,valves electric motor and all interconnecting pipelinesand hoses. Electric Motor TEFC motor, drives a set of pulleys and V belts. TheMotor is provided with a belt tensioning device. Themotor details are 380V / 50 Cycles / 3 Phase RPM 1500/ . First-class Chinese motor as standard. Siemens andABB motor are optional Speed inverter An AC Frequency inverter installed in a panel controlsthe RPM of the Disperser shaft from 0-1500. The inverteris provided with settings for monitoring torque, amperage,voltage, power factor etc and is PC compatible.First-classChinese speed inverter as standard. Siemens, ABB andYaskawa speed inverter are optional Electric Control Panel (Non-Exproof) A control panel is provided with the following functions.Main motors on off, ammeters, voltmeter, emergency stop,inverter trip, indicating lamps, speed control switch,RPM indicator. All internal wiring is per internationalcodes of practice. Electric Control Panel (Ex proof) A remote control panel is provided with the followingex proof controls. Main motors on off, ammeters, voltmeter,emergency stop, inverter trip, indicating lamps, speedcontrol switch, RPM indicator. All internal wiring isper international codes of practice. The inverter isinstalled in a separate panel and is to be installedin a safe Non-Ex proof zone. Vessel Locking Device (Optional) A vessel locking device consisting of locking arms,cantering device, and manually operated locking screwis provided. Vessel (Optional) The vessel is fabricated from SS plates and is providedwith 3 nos castor wheels, SS bottom discharge ball valveand towing handles. All SS parts are duly polished insideand outside. |
