ESSB batch high shear mixer offers a full range ofmixer for production scale. The design exceeds thehigh quality standards necessary to achieve optimalprocess results and withstand the rigors of difficultprocesses that require high shear mixing. Each mixer,with its precision-engineered rotor/stator workheads,sucking materials from the top and the bottom direction,far outperforms conventional mixers, improving quality,product consistency and process efficiency.

Materialsof Construction
Product contact in SS304 or 316L stainless steel.Motor Specification
1-132 kW, TEFC, flame proof, ATEX approved and stainlesssteel motors available as standard.
Mounting
All mixers can be supplied with either a rectangularor circular flange for mounting on the vessel. Smallermodels can be mounted on specially constructed mobilehydraulic floor stands.
Sealing
Where sealing is required, lip seals and single or doublemechanical shaft seals can be supplied.
Cleaning
Simple, easy-to-clean construction.
