| ESASC starts with materials feedingand end to finished product
filling and packaging. It consistsin raw material feeding, both
powder and liquid feeding, premixing,then high shear mixing and
milling process. The whole productionprocess can work fully
automatically to reduce the operatorlabor intensity and it also
avoids the quality problem dueto human factors. |
| Process Description Material measuring and feeding process Liquid material can be fed by manually. Powder material can be fed by manually or by screw conveyor * Measuring system and vacuum feeding system is optional Pre mixing process After filling in the powder and water, high-speed disperserand low speed mixer start to reduce particle size and premixthe mixtures To reach great fineness requirement, milling machine(horizontalor basket) can be used * High speed disperser and low speed scraper can be equippedinto one mixing tank. High shear mixing process Transfer premixed liquid into high shearing process, youcan put batch high shear mixer or continuous inline highshear mixer to get better shearing result. Filtering process Pump the finish liquids into the bag filter, and then intofilling process. Filling Process Semi or full automatic filling machine to get your ideal package. Electric Control System Each system equips with electric control system besides theworking area. |
